About Pahalgam

Pahalgam, popularly known as the Valley of Shepherds, is one of the most beautiful destinations in Kashmir. Surrounded by mountains, pine forests and the Lidder River, it is an ideal destination for travellers looking for nature, adventure and peaceful mountain scenery.

Located in South Kashmir, Pahalgam is approximately 95 kilometres from Srinagar. The drive normally takes around 2Β½ to 3 hours, depending on traffic, road conditions and sightseeing stops.
